Shut down of the duforlavigne.com website
The www.dufortlavigne.com website will cease to operate at 13:00 on Thursday 13 February and it will no longer be possible to place orders or view products. You can browse the product catalogue on medline.ca
Medline Terrebonne's (formerly Dufort and Lavigne) office and Distribution Center will be consolidating to the Medline Canada ERP platform. All future activities will be transferred to Medline Canada's SAP system effective February 17, 2025.

From 1 February 2025, you must have a customer account in the SAP system if you want to place an order.
- If you are a clinic, a company or if you have placed more than 2 orders during the past year, we will automatically create a customer’s account for you. We’ll give you your account number when you place your next order, by email or by phone.
- If this is not your situation, and you plan to order more than once from Medline, you can request an account by clicking here
For customers who do not have a customer’s account with Medline Canada, it will no longer be possible to place orders on the dufortlavigne.com website, by email or by telephone as of February 1.
